Welcome to Palm Shade Lawn Bros, these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the lawn care services we provide to you ("Client" or "you"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our services are limited to lawn mowing, edging, blowing, and line trimming (collectively, "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully.

Services Provided: 

Palm Shade Lawn Bros provides the following lawn care services:

• Lawn Mowing: Cutting grass to a specified height using professional mowing equipment.
• Edging: Creating clean borders along lawns, walkways, driveways, or other landscape features using edging tools.
• Blowing: Clearing grass clippings, leaves, and debris from serviced areas using blowers.
• Line Trimming: Cutting grass or weeds in areas inaccessible to mowers using a string trimmer.
• Service Limitations: We do not provide additional services such as landscaping, tree trimming, fertilization, pest control, or irrigation unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
• Services are performed on areas specified in the service agreement or as requested by the Client, subject to our assessment of feasibility.

• Scheduling: Services will be scheduled at mutually agreed times. We will provide an estimated schedule, but times may vary due to weather, equipment maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Access to Property: You must provide clear access to the service area, including removing obstacles (e.g., vehicles, toys, or debris). We are not responsible for delays or incomplete services due to restricted access.
• Cancellations: You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

• Pricing: Service fees will be provided in a written quote or service agreement prior to work. Prices are based on the size of the service area, frequency of service, and specific client requests.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of each service unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., monthly billing for recurring services). We accept [list payment methods, e.g., cash, check, credit card, or digital payment platforms].
• Late Payments: Overdue payments may incur a late fee of [specify amount, e.g., $25 or 5% of the invoice] per week until paid.
• Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ written notice due to changes in operational costs or service requirements.

• Property Condition: You are responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, including securing pets, removing hazards, and informing us of underground utilities (e.g., sprinkler systems) or other obstacles.
• Pre-Service Notification: Notify us of any specific instructions or conditions (e.g., preferred mowing height, areas to avoid) before service begins.
• Damage Reporting: Report any concerns about service quality or property damage within 48 hours of service completion.

• Quality of Service: We will perform Services with reasonable care and skill, using professional equipment suited for lawn mowing, edging, blowing, and line trimming.
• Safety: We will adhere to industry-standard safety practices to protect your property and our team.
• Insurance: Palm Shade Lawn Bros maintains general liability insurance to cover accidental property damage caused by our Services. Claims must be reported within 48 hours and are subject to our insurance provider’s terms.

• Property Damage: We are not liable for damage to underground utilities, hidden objects, or landscaping features not disclosed prior to service. Minor scuffs or marks from edging or trimming are considered normal and not compensable.
• Weather and Unforeseen Events: We are not liable for delays or incomplete services due to weather, equipment failure, or other events beyond our control.
• Consequential Damages: Our liability is limited to the cost of the Services provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, plant damage from clippings).

• By Client: You may terminate Services at any time with written notice. Any prepaid services will be completed or refunded pro-rata, minus any outstanding fees.
• By Us: We may terminate Services with written notice if you fail to make payments, provide unsafe working conditions, or breach these Terms. We may also suspend or terminate Services due to unsafe property conditions or repeated access issues.

• We reserve the right to update these Terms with 30 days’ written notice. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of [Florida]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Manatee County, and Hillsborough County, Florida].
